Description
The house majestically overlooks Major Beach on Lac des Sables and offers an incomparable view of the beach and mountains.

SIt's setting is unique, with the view of the beach and the sailing school in summer, the snowmobile trails in winter, directly on trail Trans-Québec # 43, next to the Patriote Theatre.

Downhill ski resorts can be reached by car very easily. Many golf courses are also in the area. The cycling trail "Le P'tit Train du Nord", situated 5 minutes away from our door, extends over 200 kilometers ..

$50 - $105 night

Booking :
- A 35% deposit is required. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
- Prices do not include: taxes, service fees, and extra guest charges .
- Prices do not include fee of 2$ + tx per night per persons.
- For end of the year festivities a 3 nights minimum is required.

Cancellation:
- We keep deposit fee if booking is cancelled 72 hours or more before planned date.
- We keep 50% of the payment if booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before planned date.
- We keep whole payment if booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before planned date.
- No refunding for late arrival or early departure.
