We have been hosting guests for over ten years in our high class Bed and Breakfast. Our house is located on one of the only historic streets in the region; we are in the town center, close to the Hospital, the University and the CEGEP as well as the Cathedral, a few steps from restaurants, bars, the Old Port and the cruises on the Saguenay River and the Fjord aboard "La Marjolaine".
Our comfortable and quiet rooms are AIR CONDITIONED, soundproofed, dressed in an upper quality bedspreads; internet is available in every room.
The decor of the house is in relation with the building period; old furniture and wallpaper,
mouldings and many other items bring an old-days atmosphere.
Besidel this on the upper floor an all-equiped kitchen and a living-dining room are available to everyone in need of this opportunity.
Hang around on our front facing porch in the shadow of our century old linden tree; two other terraces are available around the house.
Our regular clients can take advantage of our Accomodation Card which bring many privileges. |

Our daily rate in double occupancy -plus taxes- is Can80.00$ to Can100.00$.
Extra person is Can20.00$
We accept cash money, Visa or Mastercard.
No deposit is required when making reservations.
Free cancellation two days before arrival.
50% will be charged one day before arrival.
100% will be charged when cancelling on the day of arrival.

Departure time, 12h00 (noon)

From Quebec City via Route 175, drive to the end of Boulevard Talbot, turn on your left at the trafic circle on Jacques Cartier Street to the second street on your right which is Rue du Séminaire; drive downhill to number 285, our house is white.
From Tadoussac via Route 172, drive to the bridge overlooking the Saguenay River, across the bridge turn on your left on Jacques Cartier Steet up to Number 534 then turn on your left on Rue du Séminaire; drive downhill to number 285, our house is white.
