Situated on the shore of the majestic St-Charles lake where you can enjoy many free water activities like canoeing, kayaking, pike fishing etc... and spend beautiful nights around the fire corner.
Challenge for walkers: Park your car in the old Quebec near from the St-Lawrence River and walk the 30 km of brand new Linear Park that border the St-Charles River to the St-Charles lake and finally get to our property for a well-deserved relaxation time.
We negociates for you very good vacation packages with nearby tourism places (Village Vacance valcatrtier, Siberia Station Spas, Le Relais ski and sky hebertism...) and restaurants.
Zen Room: Direct access by a private entrance to a spacious room (16 x 13) full equipped (frig, microwave, coffee-maker) with Queen bed and sofa beds (single and double) that can accomodate up to 5 persons. You have direct acces to a private bathroom equiped with a therapeutic's bath with the chromotherapy option.
Dream Room: A second room with a direct view on the lake that can accomodate up to 4 persons is also available.
A tent trailer camped besides the lake can also accommodate up to 5 persons in summer time.
At only 15 minutes driving from downtown, you can also use the municipal bus circuit that take you and brought you back directly in front of the house.
In brief, You will find here the nature's calm near from the urban's whirlwind of downtown.

**Cancelation rules**
No charge for cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival. For cancellations made less than 7 days, an amount equal to 100% of the first nigth and 50% of subsequent nights will be charged. In case of absence without notice
(no-show) the total amount of the reservation will be charged. For cancellation during the stay, the day set aside will be charged at 100% and subsequent days at 50%.
